"Purchased a Wenger Ibex 17" 125th..."
I ordered a Wenger Ibex 17" 125th Anniversary Laptop Backpack in black. A week passed and I still hadn't received it. They refunded my cash, but there was no reason given, no apologies either. It seems they enjoy holding onto your money for a week before giving it back. Honestly, it's a total joke of a company. Do yourself a solid and shop somewhere else.

"Great item, but packaging needs work..."
The product was in excellent shape and showed up ahead of schedule. The only problem was the packaging; they used a huge box for a tiny item. The smallest dimension of the delivery box was larger than the largest side of the item's box. I'd suggest using smaller shipping boxes to cut down on the chance of the item moving around inside and to lessen the environmental footprint. I ordered two fans, and if they had rocked around too much, they could've easily been damaged.

"Great Online Store"
This company is really solid, and the staff is super helpful. I was on the lookout for a 3080, and they kept me in the loop whenever I reached out, showing a lot of patience. In the end, I got a refund, but they did offer me a 3080 Ti. Too bad I had already snagged one from another site just the day before. I’d definitely recommend them!

"Speedy and Reliable Service"

"AVOID THIS SELLER"
I purchased the product and completed the payment. After that, they refunded me without any explanation. When I inquired, they claimed it was out of stock, but it’s still listed for sale. Then they had the nerve to ask me about my experience with their service. Absolutely terrible.

I accidentally ordered the wrong model of an MSI monitor online, so I gave them a ring. AllTech quickly fixed my order and even threw in a 10% discount since they just kicked off a new promotion! The cost was already pretty fair! Plus, it showed up the very next day—top-notch service and I’d definitely recommend them. Big thanks to AllTech!

I got in touch with Alltechretail about a graphics card I had ordered that was unavailable. They gave me the option to join a preorder list for when it became available or to get a full refund. I opted for the refund, and it was handled quickly.
